What she didn't have was a way to bring a new family into that world before they'd ever set foot on the land.

Every enquiry, enrolment, and past family lived somewhere different — a spreadsheet here, a form response there, a Gmail thread that was easy to lose in. There was no single place to see the bigger picture: who was enrolled now, who had come before, who had asked a question six months ago and never followed up. Her family updates and community conversations ran through Signal, a channel that worked for a small group but had no room to grow into what Sarah could see the community becoming.
