mamma.earth was founded by Nicola Lucie, a woman who has lived in both worlds.
Over twenty years in UX architecture and digital ecosystem design — understanding how systems are structured, how people move through them, how technology can serve rather than overwhelm.
A founder who designed and built the intranet for a six-campus international business school, then spent a decade building her own practice across virtually every platform in the wellness space.
And for the past decade, she has guided women through feminine sovereignty, shadow work, and the kind of inner architecture that allows them to lead from their wholeness rather than their performance.
These two worlds rarely meet. When they do, something becomes possible that does not exist elsewhere.
mamma.earth was born from the fracture between those worlds — and their merging. When the conditions of the digital landscape collapsed her own practice, Nicola did not walk away from the work.
She changed the form it takes.
She recognised that she could serve feminine consciousness not by sitting with women in their shadow, but by removing the structural obstruction between practitioners and the work the world needs them to do.
At the end of the day, it is all the same work. It is all redefining culture and consciousness — just in a different form.
For years she tried to build mamma.earth without putting herself into it. She avoided the visible founder role — the same instinct many other practitioners carry, the desire to let the work speak without having to perform.
And yet her voice has a place.
Her dual fluency — the rare intersection of deep technical architecture and deep inner work — is not incidental to mamma.earth. It is the reason mamma.earth can exist at all.
No purely technical company could build what she builds, because it would not understand what it is holding. No purely spiritual practitioner could architect what she architects, because the technical complexity would exceed her capacity.
Nicola is not a personal brand. She is a founder whose lived experience of both worlds is the ground the entire company stands on.
