    You can add unlimited team members with custom permissions at no extra charge. Teachers receive a secure login restricted specifically to their own classes—allowing them to view attendee rosters and mark check-ins on a tablet or phone without seeing studio financials or master client databases.
    What is included in "Ongoing Schedule & Studio Care"?
    We act as your quiet digital back-office. Need to swap a seasonal teacher, adjust a class time, publish a bank holiday timetable, update pricing, or post news to your blog? Simply send us a message. Routine schedule maintenance and technical hosting stewardship are completely included in your monthly plan.
    What happens if I decide to leave or move in the future?
    You own everything. We believe in building partnerships based on ongoing trust, not contract lock-in. Because you operate on a rolling monthly agreement, if you ever decide to leave, your domain, student database, payment pipelines, and content (copy and images) belong entirely to you and are 100% exportable.

    To keep your monthly stewardship fee predictable, usage-based communications (emails, text notifications, calls) are passed through at exact, zero-markup wholesale costs. Because international telecom and server networks standardize globally in USD, these usage micro-fees are charged directly in USD ($):
