The build is designed to take around 4-8wks depending on complexity.
You tell us by when each step will be completed and if you need longer, that’s fine — our team remains available and ready to continue as and when you are.

The underlying ecosystem itself is proprietary to mamma.earth and cannot be taken with you, as it contains infrastructure designed and maintained exclusively within our platform.
You remain free to choose how long you stay and how you continue, without being locked into a path that no longer serves you.

During the Sanctuary Strategy Day, we review how your work is currently set up and help you make clear decisions about what should be migrated into mamma.earth, what should be integrated, and what is best left where it is.
You don’t need to prepare or reorganise anything in advance. We help you create a clear, practical structure from what already exists.
What happens when I want to grow?
Your initial Sanctuary Build creates a strong foundation that is designed to grow with you.
When you’re ready to expand, we listen, clarify what you want to build, and advise on the structures needed to support it.
We act as your tech partner, helping you plan each growth stage as its own clearly defined build within your existing ecosystem.
New growth is approached in simple, intentional steps, with additional builds starting from £333 or included in your ongoing stewardship plan.
We take care of the technical setup, while you provide the copy and assets. Each stage is tested, refined, and approved by you before it goes live, so growth remains contained, considered, and aligned.
