Who created this — and do they truly understand women like me?
mamma.earth was created by Nicola Lucie, the founder and ecosystem architect behind the Feminine Business OS.
For years Nicola walked alongside women in deep emotional and psychological transformation as a shadow work practitioner and guide. At the same time she held leadership roles in digital environments, building systems, managing platforms and supporting online growth.
Over time she saw the same pattern repeating. Soul-led women were pouring everything into their vision while trying to hold a fractured digital life across too many tools. The weight of tech, structure and strategy sat on one pair of shoulders.
So she decided to build the operating system she couldn’t find — one grounded in clarity, structure and rhythm, supported by stable technology, and woven with a deep understanding of how women move from inner alignment to outer expression using AI as a guide and strategist not a replacement.
